As landlords look to identify new opportunities in the rental market and provide high-quality homes, we are pleased to announce an expansion to our existing Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFB) buy-to-let product. Now, investors can get a mortgage for properties with up to 12 lettable rooms/units.
Molo’s large HMO and MUFB buy-to-let mortgages are available for independent landlords, with competitive rates starting from 6.69% on a 2-year fixed rate, and 6.79% on a 5-year fixed rate (on all LTV options), across all sizes of HMO/MUFB.
